Lydiate Census project.

Progress is being made on this project. We have completed the download of the census for 1841, 1851, and 1861 thanks to the hard work of many members, but particularly Graham Settle and Ray Sutton. At our last meeting members agreed to complete one more download of the 1871 census. This will give a good base for comparisons and hopefully to draw some patterns of what was occurring in Lydiate during those years. Once we have all the information we will have a few groups which will look at different aspects of the information and write up the outcomes.
