FRIDAY 4th APRIL MARTIN MERE
On 6th March a small group of U3A bird watchers visited Mere Sands at Rufford. It was a cold day but there are several hides so in sheltered conditions we saw a variety of birds and wildfowl. We had a most enjoyable time and were only sorry that there were so few of us present.
PLEASE TRY TO JOIN US at Martin Mere on 4th April where there will be a talk about the beavers and a walk around the reserve. We will meet in the Foyer at 10.30 am prior to what should be a very interesting morning.
