If there are not sufficient numbers to fill a coach and a trip has to be cancelled, money will be refunded.
Coaches for the Liverpool theatres will leave Central Square at 18.30.
Coaches for Manchester and Bolton will leave Central Square at 17.45 for evening performances and at 13.00 for matinees.
It is proving impossible for your Theatre Group Team Leaders to go on every trip. Therefore, we have decided to issue theatre tickets prior to the events taking place. We will place a notice on our board asking you to collect your tickets.
The onus will then be on YOU to arrive in plenty of time for the coach leaving the Square.
The drivers will be given the instruction to leave promptly at the designated time.
We shall trial this for a few trips and see how it goes.
